MINIMUM ORDER: $60.00

CUSTOM ORDERS: Are subject to a $60.00 non-recurring setup charge. An overrun or underrun of 10% of the ordered quantity shall constitute a complete delivery. If exact quantity is required, you must indicate this at time of order.

PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days or credit card. A 1 1/2% per month finance charge will be applied to all unpaid balances

SHIPPING: Will ship worldwide.

FOB TERMS: All orders are shipped UPS ground unless specified, FOB factory.

RETURNS: Custom products are non-returnable. Prior authorization for return of stock products can be made within 30 days of shipment with a 20% restocking charge.

WARRANTY: TEK I.D. warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship and limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product. Our products are sold with the understanding that the user is responsible for determining whether the product is acceptable for a specific application. We are not bound by any other warranty expressed or implied. Under no circumstances are we liable for any costs or damages of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
